The Sweet Spot.

In a recent meeting, a client asked us to play into our sweet spot, something that we have been doing for the last several decades and is what makes us stand out. For them, the process included: finding a home that would produce a long-term investment, renovating the home in order to increase future potential revenues, and then to manage the property. We pledged to giving our client ease of mind and the best possible recommendations, according to their specifications. For us, this is what makes our company unique and in reality, relevant to our clientele who are guaranteed the package of all divisions while only dealing with one representative at a time. Most exciting for us was the fact that this referral came through a recent renovation job that was done on their street. It thrills us when people are able to see our work and are interested in what we have to offer them. The best kind of work is that which speaks for itself.

For most agents, vendors, and contractors, it's fast-paced, big numbers, and not a lot of quality. In the many years of familiarity with most of this, we have set high standards that really are as simple as informing you of what will be best for your situation. Sure, getting the job done is always a good feeling, but our goal is to make sure that down the road, you are just as satisfied as when the project was initially completed. It is most fun for us to be able to manage with excellence, which is exactly what’s so valuable to you. We live in one of the most prosperous and exciting cities, don’t you agree? We are so looking forward to building the next generation together.

4th generation to the company, Open Doors is run by our very own Nicole Cosentino. Follow along for great tips, design inspiration and to see how we are transforming Atlanta one home at a time.
